Us Weekly can confirm that Demi Lovato and her boyfriend, Jordan Lutes, are engaged after dating for more than a year. On Saturday, December 16, at a “personal and intimate” moment, Lutes, 26, proposed to Lovato, 31, with a pear-shaped diamond solitaire ring made by Material Good. Following the proposal, Lutes surprised the pop icon with a celebration at Craig’s in Los Angeles, where her loved ones were present.
The news was initially reported by people. In August 2022, Us exclusively disclosed that the singer was in a “healthy relationship” with a musician and was “really happy.” After they were seen holding hands on a dinner date in New York City later that month, Lovato and Lutes were connected. During their breakfast, “they were cuddling and sneaking kisses,” one insider at the time told Us.
When Lovato and Lutes, also known as Jute$, celebrated her 30th birthday in August 2022, they made it official that they were dating. She wrote, “Bday bitch [with] her love,” as the caption for a sweet Instagram Story image of the couple. Later, in honor of Lovato’s special day, Lutes shared a sweet message to the actress.
