Amid Joe Jonas’s divorce, Sophie Turner will spend Christmas in the United Kingdom with her two daughters.

In the UK, Sophie Turner will spend Christmas with her two daughters and Joe Jonas.
According to court documents obtained by People on Sunday, December 24, Jonas, 34, moved his children, Willa, 3, and Delphine, 15 months, overseas on December 17. They are to stay with Turner, 27, until January 7. Jonas seemed to be in France, while his daughters are in England. On Christmas Eve, he shared an Instagram Story of himself gazing out the window of a structure flying a French flag.

Turner and Jonas are spending their first holiday season apart after their breakup earlier this year. After the couple’s 2019 wedding, Jonas filed for divorce in September. One day after Us Weekly revealed that Jonas had filed to dissolve their union, they announced their separation.

In a joint statement at the time, the estranged couple wrote, “After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage,” insisting it was a “united decision.” The Game of Thrones star filed a lawsuit against the Jonas Brothers singer for custody of their two children, who are dual nationals of the United States and the United Kingdom, briefly destabilizing Turner and Jonas’ divorce. Turner asserted that he was forbidding her from returning Willa and Delphine to England, but in October they came to a provisional custody arrangement.
