Inside Jesse Plemons and Kirsten Dunst’s Passion for Onscreen Co-Op: “A lot of fun for them” (Private)

Jesse Plemons and Kirsten Dunst had no problem combining pleasure and business. Regarding the couple’s desire to share the screen, an insider exclusively tells Us Weekly’s newest issue that “acting is a natural extension of their relationship.” The insider claims that Dunst, 41, and Plemons, 35, who have collaborated on a number of projects together over the years, aren’t ruling out doing so again.

The source went on, “They get to step outside of their comfort zones and work as a team, which is a lot of fun for them.” In 2015, Dunst and Plemons met on the set of Fargo, where they subsequently began dating. When asked about working with Dunst, Plemons exclaimed, “It was a gift,” during a PaleyFest interview at the time. “I’ve always loved Kirsten’s work, so when I finally got to meet her, I was really excited. We’re both actors that just enjoy working with the material,” the actor said.

Later on, Dunst recalled how their common projects had united them. “As performers, we kind of fell in love with each other first, creatively. We convened subsequent to [Fargo]… “I knew he was amazing and that we were going to collaborate,” she remarked in November 2021 on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. “For the first time, I watched Friday Night Lights in its entirety. Since there wasn’t much to do in Calgary and it was cold, I went on a Jesse Plemons binge. [But] I feel strange about not having watched [Breaking Bad]. He doesn’t want to watch that with me at all.
