Jennifer Lopez bid farewell to fall with a different outfit devoid of pants.
To celebrate the end of fall 2023, Jennifer Lopez returned to the no-pants trend after dabbling in nerdcore and rich-mom fashion in November.
Lopez was caught wearing—or rather, not wearing—some of the greatest trends of the year to a meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles on November 30. The 54-year-old A-lister skipped pants in favor of bare legs and knee-high stiletto boots in one picture, pairing a turtleneck with an enormous houndstooth blazer in black on black.
She wore three of the biggest trends in one outfit, and she finished it off with her go-to huge sunglasses and basic diamond earrings. The image is viewable here.
This would not be the first time Lopez has eschewed bottoms in recent months, even if it’s quite probable the jacket was concealing a pair of short shorts below. Feels like fall 🍁, the JLo Beauty mogul wrote as she cuddled up at home in just an ivory long-sleeve T-shirt back in September.
Given that winter officially began on December 1st, it’s difficult to see the no-pants movement gaining traction. Of course, depending on where they are being photographed, a well-groomed pair of tights might extend the duration of the celebrity-favored fashion moment by a few weeks at least.
Jennifer Lopez could always recreate her September Coach runway outfit to add a little extra volume to the classic “outerwear and knee-high boots” ensemble. She can wear some cozy sweaters underneath that suede jacket, no doubt about it.
