Jewel and Kevin Costner were seen to be friendly following Christina Baumgartner’s divorce.
Following his divorce from ex-wife Christine Baumgartner, Kevin Costner was observed spending time with Jewel while on vacation, in a last-minute 2023 plot twist that none of Us saw coming.
In the British Virgin Islands, Jewel, 49, and Costner, 68, were spotted cuddling up on Necker Island at a tennis fundraiser for Jewel’s Inspiring Children Foundation. Jewel appeared to be speaking to a crowd while holding a microphone, while Costner had his arms around her waist in pictures released by TMZ on Friday, December 8. The two matched in their all-white outfits as they posed for a group picture.
Attending the event as a guest, Costner reportedly took a flight to the Caribbean with Jewel, according to TMZ. According to the site, the pair was “flirty” during their stay and eventually departed the island together. In an Instagram post last month, Jewel acknowledged Costner in a recap of her organization’s “incredible” achievement. She wrote, “A little late posting,” as the upload’s caption on November 28. “I go to Necker Island every year with my charity, @inspiringchildren, to help stage a tennis event with @richardbranson to raise donations for our kids. This year, Sir Richard—who also happens to be a mean doubles player—was his usual inspirational self, and @kevincostnermodernwest was gracious enough to mentor our kids.
The 2004 couple, Costner and Baumgartner, divorced in September following a contentious four months of court proceedings. Baumgartner shocked the couple’s close friends and family when she first filed for divorce in May.
