Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa have finalized their divorce.

Just one day after Momoa, 44, and 56-year-old Bonet filed for divorce, the ex-couples negotiated a settlement, according to paperwork that TMZ obtained on Tuesday, January 9. Without paying official child support, the ex-couple has decided to share custody of their two kids, 16-year-old daughter Lola and 15-year-old son Nakoa-Wolf. According to the documents, they have also forfeited their claims to spousal support and will each regain their single status on July 9.

On Monday, January 8, Bonet filed for divorce, two years after the split couple declared their separation. The Cosby Show alum stated in paperwork seen by Us Weekly that October 7, 2020, her and Momoa’s third wedding anniversary, was the date of the couple’s split. She stated the cause for the breakup as irreconcilable differences.

Momoa and Bonet met through mutual friends and were originally connected in 2005. In October 2017, thirteen years after they got married. After almost five years of marriage, they announced their split in January 2022.

“We’ve all experienced the pressure and adjustments of these revolutionary times… There is a revolution happening, and our family is not an exception. feeling and developing from the profound changes that are taking place,” the couple said at the time in a shared Instagram message. Therefore, we announce to our family that we are divorcing. We disclose this not because we believe it to be noteworthy, but rather so that we can live honorably and truthfully as we go about our daily lives.
