Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars laments his son Adam following his fatal overdose at 39: You’ll be in my heart forever.
Pawn Stars’ character Following the death of his 39-year-old son Adam, Rick Harrison has spoken out.
“You’ll be in my heart forever! Harrison, 58, posted a flashback picture of the father and son together on Instagram on Friday, January 19. “I love you Adam 💔,” Harrison said.
Later, Laura Herlovich, a family representative for the Harrisons, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that Adam had overdosed and asked for “privacy” on their behalf.
No more information on Adam’s passing has been made public. His brother Corey, his three daughters, his parents Harrison and Kim, his former spouse, all survive him. On Friday, a number of Harrison’s family members posted condolences on Instagram.

After Pawn Stars debuted in 2009 on the History Channel, Harrison became well-known as its creator and star. Alongside his father Richard “Old Man” Harrison and son Corey, he costarred in the documentary series. (In 1989, Rick and “Old Man” co-owned a pawn business.)
