By the end of January, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are required to conclude their divorce mediation.

It has been mandated that Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her estranged spouse Kroy Biermann finish their divorce mediation by the end of the next month.
Judge Shermela J. Williams ordered Zolciak-Biermann, 45, and Biermann, 38, to appear at a mediation session before January 31, 2024, in a court order that was issued on Monday, December 11.  Williams’ ruling stated, “The Court finds that the Parties’ interests and the orderly management of the Court’s docket would be served by referring the above-styled case to mediation because there are numerous unresolved issues, based upon review of the record and applicable authority.” “The mediation session must be attended by both Parties.

” The decision specified that the divorcing couple might hire a private mediator or schedule a session through the Fulton County Alternative Dispute Resolution program. Additionally, they have to evenly divide the mediation’s costs. The court will still be assigned Zolciak-Biermann’s case if she and her estranged husband are unable to come to a mutually acceptable resolution during mediation.

After 11 years of marriage, the couple first filed for divorce in May. However, two months later, they called off the split. A few weeks later, Biermann submitted a second divorce application, calling the couple’s union “irretrievably broken.”

In addition, he asked for sole custody of their children—both legal and physical—as well as access to his and Zolciak-Biermann’s Georgia house. Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and the twins Kaia and Kane, 10, are shared by the pair. In addition, Biermann is the adoptive father to Brielle, 22, and Ariana, 26, Zolciak-Biermann’s daughters from a prior relationship.
